All orders are shipped via FedEx Monday through Friday.
All orders are processed and shipped from our Venice, CA location within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipments may be delayed during the month of December due to higher volume of shipping. Transit times and prices are provided by FedEx and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address.
Gjusta Goods is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact FedEx via your provided tracking number for assistance.
We ship to all 50 states and US territories. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. For international shipping inquiries, please email info@gjustagoods.com.
Returns In-store exchanges will be honored within 14 days of purchase for Gjusta Goods store credit or exchange. All vintage items are final sale. Item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition, with store receipt.
Online exchanges will be honored within 14 days of purchase for Gjusta Goods store credit or exchange. All vintage items are final sale. Item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition, with store receipt. All online exchanges must be approved by Gjusta Goods. Before shipping back your return, please send an email to info@gjustagoods.com (mailto:info@gjustagoods.com) and include the order number from your store receipt. If an item is approved, you will be issued a Gjusta Goods store credit, less the original shipping cost. Your Gjusta Goods store credit may be used for both in-store and online purchases .Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All return packages must be insured.
If you receive a damaged item, please email info@gjustagoods.com within 2 days of receiving your order and include a photograph of the damaged item, a photograph of the shipping packaging, and the order number from your store receipt. Please note if a damaged item is accepted, your exchange will be provided in the form of Gjusta Goods store credit or exchange of the original item purchased. In the event the original item is not available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed.
